Several footpaths are nearby, leading to pubs, gardens, and a hotel with a new spa. Nearby Horsham offers everything to be expected from a pretty English market town. Brighton is 20 minutes by car. Since the property is in rural Sussex, it is best to have a car at one’s disposal. However, short distances to venues such as Leonardslee and South Lodge can easily be reached on foot or by a 5-minute taxi ride.

Continental breakfast included on first night. Short walk from local Pubs, Shops, Restaurants, perfect for walking and cycling the South Downs National Park (less than a mile away). We are well situated for trips to Goodwood ,Fontwell and Cowdray Park.The towns of Guildford,Brighton ,Chichester,Arundel and Petworth are all nearby. Well behaved dogs are welcome on leads as there is no fenced area. A travel cot for babies is available.but bedding not provided

The South Downs Way is up a ½ mile track behind the cottage, and we’re 12 miles to the sea, 18 to Goodwood, 30 to Gatwick and 50 from London.

We are pleased to welcome visitors to our 3 bedroom self-catering cottage situated on the side of the Downs in the Southdown National Park overlooking Findon Village, Views and easy access to Cissbury Ring, the second largest Neolithic flint and iron age hill fort in the UK, Chanctonbury Ring, a prehistoric hill fort, and the Downs gallops of Josh Gifford Racing Stables.
