The convenient location is a big plus, the trade-off is you can hear traffic from the 105 bypass. Ear plugs and noise machines provided. There's parking options for different types of vehicles available.

Four guests can sleep in two spacious bedrooms, each with a queen bed. The full kitchen allows you the freedom to cook dinner or throw together a quick on-the-go breakfast. Central location makes getting around easy. Stay cozy in the winter with our efficient gas logs and enjoy the cool of brand new central air conditioning in the summer heat.

Two minute walk to ASU campus and a few more minutes to multiple dining options. 14 exterior steps down to this basement apartment. 116 sq feet of functional new construction. I use unscented detergents for linens and non-toxic and essential oil cleaners. Please message me if you have special requests outside of the booking settings I have created.
