Our place is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with an Adirondack theme with our decor. We live just across the street and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

Completely updated furnishings and appliances bring a modern touch to a classic by the beach. Enjoy shopping, dining and exploring without the hassle of finding or paying for beach parking. Getting in the car at the end of your stay might feel awkward!
