Petite maison de charme au calme à la campagne Complètement rénovée avec de belles poutres et mûrs en pierres apparentes. Au rez-de-chaussée une grande pièce de vie de 35m2, salon, salle à manger et coin cuisine bien équipée. A l’étage une chambre, un lit pour 2 personnes, une deuxième chambre avec deux lits et une salle d’eau. Il y a aussi un espace extérieur privé. Il y a un emplacement de stationnement devant la propriété. La maison est très bien situé pour visiter La Charente Maritime.

Vine Cottage

Vine Cottage is a quaint gite in a secluded part of rural France. It sleeps four people; a large bedroom upstairs with a king-size bed and a smaller double room downstairs with two single beds. There is a shower room on the ground floor. The historic town of Melle is just 4km away with a choice of supermarkets/restaurants etc. The gite itself is very private with a beautiful swimming pool, garden and eating area. Ample parking, and central heated, the gite is available all year round.
