The Swallow's Nest is a tiny barn which sits between Slievenamon & the Comeragh mountains, in the glorious valley known as The Honeylands but is only a ten minute drive from Clonmel, Tipperary's County town.

Built in 1857, this unique space is the former goods shed to a converted railway station, our family home. Separate from the main house with your own private entrance, balcony, plenty of parking, it is double glazed, central heated and self-contained. Set in 9 acres, it offers tranquillity and calm. 5 minutes by car is the beautiful, historic, heritage town of Lismore with its magnificent castle gardens. Walking, water sports, distilleries, and the stunning coast are all within easy access.

Just 2km from Mitchelstown cave and 4 km from the Galtee mountains, Alice’s farmhouse is located close to a working dairy farm where cows and hens may pass by.
