This is a one of a kind, tiny home built on a 1970 Chevrolet C50 farm truck! The truck is on a spacious private lot on the Tangipahoa River conveniently located 6 miles from Ponchatoula & 45 miles from New Orleans. The truck home is fully stocked for a perfect getaway including a kitchen, bathroom, queen bed in the bedroom, couch sleeper, AC/heat, an outside gazebo, and WIFI for remote work. The Little Lodge is located on a 7 acre gated estate in a wooded bedroom community south of the Village of Folsom. The lodge is on the property beside the main house facing an one acre horse paddock and overlooking a 3 acre pond, dock and gazebo. We are horse friendly. Attractions nearby include; Global Wildlife Center, an Alligator farm, the Bogue Chitto State Park, old town of Covington with antique shops, art galleries, and fine dining. We are only 45 miles from Downtown New Orleans. l

This beautifully renovated home sits on 5.5 acres with an acre pond. Conveniently located near I-55 & I-12 and about 5 min. from S.L.U. & downtown Hammond. We are 3 minutes to downtown Hammond and 2 minutes to Southeastern Louisiana University. We are only 45 minutes to New Orleans, 18 minutes to Mandeville/Covington and 35 minutes to Baton Rouge.
