We began the conversion work in 1995. The property sits in 5.5 acres of garden, surrounded by farmland. We are 5 miles north of the historic town of Framlingham & 16 miles from Suffolk's Heritage Coast. It's a peaceful, tranquil, relaxing, quiet getaway. The cottage is situated in a quiet rural location set in a two acre garden including a fishing lake. Ideal for exploring the Suffolk coastal area, Aldeburgh and Southwold. The bird reserve at Minsmere, Snape Maltings and Concert Hall, forest walks as well as cycling and lovely villages and pubs to discover.

Guests will have use of part of the south facing garden and parking for one vehicle is in a shared driveway.
