Serene, safe, & clean right on Perdido Bay and with the best sunset. Comfortable king comfy bed & private guest entrance . You'll have your own fridge, a small freezer, microwave, coffee & Keurig coffee maker, hammock, outdoor seating, lounge chairs, sofas, and pier/dock with shower, and small beach. Cheerful 2 bedroom home on Miflin Creek

I'm an Alabama girl who wanted water access and to be closer to the beach. I bought this little piece of land on Miflin Creek and graced it with a mobile home. Miflin Creek leads to Wolf Bay and the Gulf. It's convenient to OWA (8 minutes), lots of restaurants, and the beach. It's quiet and peaceful. I enjoy paddleboarding here or just sitting on the deck watching the Osprey build a nest nearby. I'm so happy to be able to offer it to you.

Entire studio space is private, clean & relaxing.

This is an attached apartment connected to the garage’s ours house with three exit/entrances. One is the main entry with your specific code. The second door is dead bolted from your side that leads to the garage you see in the picture. The third is dead bolted on your side and gives you access to the back yard. The security and privacy is much like a hotel room. Note we rarely meet or interact with our guests.
