There is plenty of space in the back yard w/a partial privacy fence to enjoy the outdoors. There are 4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor & 1 full bathroom; 2 of the upper bedrooms are connected & you have to walk through 1 to get to the other. The main floor offers 1 queen bedroom & 1 full bath. Take a walk in this quaint neighborhood w lots of mature trees or relax on the front porch.

Welcome to @RidingHeights – our cute mid-century modern/bohemian style bungalow home. The décor is colorful, unique and functional. It is 900 square feet featuring an open concept, large kitchen and large bedroom with a king sized bed! The house is located a half block away from the Rock Island Trail, it is the longest trail in the area. The Heights Strip is only minutes away! Two street bikes are provided by us for your convenience. Message us about bringing a pet and we will consider them.

You will not believe you are just 10 minutes from downtown Peoria & 7 minutes from Par-A-Dice Casino. The Barn Loft is a quiet retreat. The space has a private bathroom and kitchen. The driveway is spacious, but shared. Guest parking is clearly marked. There is a fire pit out back that guests are welcome to use.

My goal was to create a space that has a great location but heightens every one of your creative senses. In this one think "New York Boho high rise on the water". I have used local artists for a creative cozy retreat. We sleep 4 comfortably with 1 King bed upper and a queen bed lower.. 2 full bathrooms.Hot tub on the water, fire pit, grill, kayaks, paddle boat..all you need for a great getaway. Access to the water. 5 min. from great restaurants and shopping in Peoria Heights. 1 dog only.

The Hobbit House apartment is located on the 1st floor of this home with a 2nd guest apartment in the basement. We are minutes from PIA! *Please no smoking of any kind in our home or near the door *($250 fine)* We are NOT a cannabis friendly property. In Illinois it is illegal to possess or use cannabis on private property without the owner's permission. Cozy with lots of character including the original squeeky hardwood floors, comfortable furniture, & a warm electric fireplace.
