A modern 3 bedroom home nestled away in a quiet part of town. With the beautiful Lake Te Anau and walking trails at the end of the street. Surrounded by picturesque mountains. An outside entertaining area with BBQ and pergola perfect for relaxing and socialising with friends .There is a woodfire for those chilly nights plus a heat pump. Our kitchen is well equipped for the master chef and a laundry with washer and dryer. Just a quick drive from the centre of town with the restaurants and bars

It's only a 4 minute drive to the shops or a 2 minute walk down to the beautiful lake front. Because our property is not fenced it is not suitable for children under the age of 5 years old. Black's Hut sits on the shores of Lake Te Anau with expansive uninterrupted views of Fiordland. Built in 2022 with quality fixtures and furnishings, entertainment system and hot tub. Excellent unlimited wifi. Black's Hut has been specifically set up to accommodate adults with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Extremely private with extensive plantings. Bike track and reserve between the cottage and lake. Just a 15 minute walk along the lakefront to shops and cafes.

Enjoy the quiet surroundings in your warm, light, roomy cottage, and we'll look forward to meeting you - but ensuring you have plenty of time on your own to rest and relax.

Our two bedroom cottages are fully self contained with full kitchen and laundry facilities. Each cottage has two bedrooms, sleeping a total of 4 guests. Our guests recommend a two night stay minimum in this area. Milford Sound and Doubtful Sound are renowned tourist destinations. Also walks in Fiordland National Park and a local bike trail. No cleaning fee.
