Lovely Historic School, Karitane

Our unique stand alone studio is a small, historic, renovated school about 30km north of Dunedin and close to the village of Karitane. The school has everything you need for a warm, comfortable stay. There books and games for your use. We live in a repurposed sheep shearing shed nearby and both buildings are surrounded by extensive gardens and plantings. There are panoramic views of the very picturesque coast line and out to sea. It is very peaceful and private.

Riverstone Cottage, Dalefield, Queenstown

A new cottage in beautiful Dalefield at the base of Coronet Peak, only 2k from the ski field. Riverstone Cottage is set within its own 6.5 acres with stunning views in every direction. Enjoy access via a private footpath to the Shotover River, QT Trail and 165 acres of adjoining DOC land with its own network of hiking and mountain biking trails. The Tower, Okarito

The Tower is a comfortable two storey, seperate building with an upstairs bedroom with ensuite bathroom. It has excellent views of the sea and the Southern Alps. A warm, cosy and quiet space with a private garden. Free Wifi Downstairs is the living room / kitchenette area. Upstairs and downstairs are connected by external stairs (see photos). Awesome outdoor bath - great for stargazing. There are balconies on three sides of the tower.
