There is a marina, as well as a public boat launch less than 5 minutes away and Lake Erie is only a 10-minute boat ride from the house. You can also access the Huron River using kayaks within 5 minutes from our dock. The backyard has a patio and a built-in fire pit with a hot tub to enjoy both summer and winter nights with gorgeous sunsets over the water as your backdrop.

Relax and enjoy a little serenity at our 2 bedroom cottage on a quiet street overlooking Lake St. Clair. You can enjoy the beautiful morning sunrises as well as the breathtaking sunsets. The Belle River marina and Rochester golf course are only minutes away. Outside has a small bbq, beautiful sitting area with a propane firetable, dining area, and access to the water via ladder. Kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, fishing, and swimming are a few of the amenities to enjoy.

This is a great place for fisherman, couples, and families that wants a cabin experience without having to drive 2-3 hours up north. The house sits on the Fox Creek canal. You will have access to 3 private boat docks that are located 60 feet behind the house. The canal provides you access to Lake St Clair and the Detroit River. The house has been totally remodeled and has a modern look and feel. There is room for 3 vehicles and 2 trailers behind a secure gate.
