The River Retreat

Our Retreat guest house is totally separate & private from our home, though on the same property.We are 35 min to Nashville & less than 10 min from the MTSU Miller coliseum. Our 1000 sq ft deck w/ceiling fans overlooks the river -which our yard backs up to.On the deck is a fireplace and seating areas.Our suite is furnished w/a king size bed, a window seat, a kitchenette, & a small eating area.There is a cozy 2nd bdrm w/a queen size bed,tv & chair.We also have a 98” TV for amazing movie watching.

Shiloh Cottage

Slow down and experience country life on our little plot of land. The cottage is located on our 6 acre property with a tree-lined view with cows in the pasture from the front porch and a sweet view of the ducks in the pond and sheep grazing from the bedroom window. We have two Great Pyrenees dogs, a cat, and chickens. There might be occasional barking. If prolonged, we will bring them in. Fully stocked kitchen. There is always plenty of coffee, coffee creamer, and homemade scones for breakfast.

Luxury studio guest carriage house in Historic Downtown Franklin, a block and a half off Main St. High end finishes and professionally decorated. Perfect for couples or families with small children. Walk to a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, shops, and all of the Franklin festivals including Pilgrimage. Downstairs has a sofa bed, kitchenette, bar eating area and TV. Upstairs is a queen bed, full bath, and TV. Kitchenette has sink, refrigerator/freezer. Private parking and entrance.

Our tiny studio guest cottage is located half way between Bowling Green,KY and Nashville,TN just 1.5 miles off I-65 @ exit 117. Private, beautiful farm views and convenient to everything Nashville and Southern KY has to offer. Enjoy Music city and all things Nashville. Head North for the day and visit Mammoth Caves or the Corvette Museum. Head back in the evening and we just might have a fire going in the fire pit! Short and long term guests welcome. The carriage house is located behind the main house with its own entrance and its own private balcony. This spacious one bedroom carriage house has a queen size bed and separate living room with sleeper sofa and kitchenette with a table. You are welcome to enjoy the park-like setting grounds as well as a gazebo with swing chairs and picnic table area. For stays over one week, there is a washer and dryer on the bottom level. You will have to ask hosts prior for access.
