You are typically greeted by our crew of curious doggies, nosy alpacas and chickens. All in hopes of attention or scraps! Enjoy a relaxing afternoon in the pool or explore downtown. We are a NON SOKING Property! Our guest house is completely updated and ready to accommodate guests for work, family or a couple’s getaway. We look forward to your stay.

Nice and cozy retreat that sleeps 2-4 people located in the beautiful city of Denton TX. The cozy pad is very clean with a rustic vibe that opens up to a beautiful pool / hot tub backyard oasis. Perfect for a couples getaway or simply a night away from the everyday world. Owner lives on site in the main house that is separate from retreat. Pool is vary rarely shared when I’m home. For $40 more per day we can make sure the pool is private for your romantic getaway!!

The Place is close to the airport, parks, the city center, and art and culture. You’ll love it because it is tucked away on 75 acres only a mile from the city limits, The Place has a professional kitchen, beautiful views of oaks, a private pool, a bunk room with six beds, a private double room, a game room, balcony, and swimming pool. Located 1/3 of a mile from Choctaw in Durant, OK, making it a great place for concerts and other events at the casino. The house has new decorations and furnishings. Great place to just relax and enjoy your time in the Durant area. Pool is in service by mid-May.
