If you happen to wake up early and ravenous, the 5 Spot is your best bet for a lumberjack’s ration of brunch. The line can get unwieldy in the later morning, at which point you’re probably better off looking further afield, but for the earlier rise, with kids, it’s the best pick in the immediate area. They have an hilarious rotating menu that influences the décor, which is changed roughly every quarter, or whenever the owners get tired of the current theme

Great brunch! Every other month or so they have a fun theme that corresponds with the decor and menu!

Love their honey-stung chicken plate! They also have a great late-night menu with half size entree plates. Worth checking out their monthly rotation menu featuring different cuisines. Great place to bring family and kids.
