Beach Šunj is a beautiful long sandy beach located on Lopud island. From Port of Gruž with ferry boat it tooks 45min to get (second stop) to Lopud island. When you arrive on the island the fastest way to get to the Šunj beach is to take one of a taxi golf cars driving u directly to the beach. U can have a lot of fun in water sports, or u can just relax by choosing a favourite spot on the beach by reading a favourite book and cooling off with some cold beer/cocktail/coffee or whatever makes u happy.

Šunj is a sandy beach located in a beautiful bay on the south side of Lopud island, near Dubrovnik. The water is especially shallow for 100m, making it perfect for children and people that aren't strong swimmers. You'll find a bars and restaurants on this beach that both locals and tourists like to visit. Some even sleep on the comfortable sand overnight, simply carrying on enjoyiing the surroundings in the morning. Right above the beach is a thick wood where you can take shade from the sun. You can reach Sunj beach two ways. The first option is to take a daytrip boat that will take you directly to the beach, the second is to go by ferry on the regular line from Dubrovnik. The ferry docks on the north side of the island which means you'll have a 20 minute walk through beautiful woods to reach the beach. The ferry leaves Dubrovnik in the morning, making its return in the evening and as such we highly recomemnd a day trip to theis island of beautiful nature.

Šunj is one of the most beautiful beaches on the Adriatic. It is located on the southheast side of the island of Lopud, in a beautiful bay. It is possible to reach by boat or on foot from the village of Lopud through the pine forest. The beach is sandy and the shallowness extends a hundred meters away from the coast. It is a favorite gathering place for people from Dubrovnik and all other guests. You need to see this!
