In the center of Espoo you will find... a forest. We call it park but it is actually a huge forest area. We love to jog, walk around there. In the autumn you can actually pick berries and mushrooms there. In winter there are great cross country skiing tracks (if there is enough snow). Just walk the marked paths if you are afraid getting lost. But I actually recommend getting lost at least mentally in the forest, take a deep breath and smell everything. It's therapy without any cost!

Central forest of Espoo city. A vast area of woods, you can do cross country skiing here in the winter, tens of kilometers of different routes.

The central park begins when you step out of our door. You are in paradise or as officially said in Espoo: "Central Park – green urban oasis".. Espoo Central Park is located in the middle of the city and consists of natural forests, meadows, cliffs and wetlands. It is 880 hectares is size and an important outdoor and recreational area for everyone in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area.
