Part of any Mexican town is a bakery. Here you can stock up on bolillos and pan dulce. They also make cheesecakes and all other kind of Mexican bread. They have these things that look like a sub, but they're filled with chocolate and cinammon and other stuff, super good.

Very good bakery for Mexican bread , Conchas are the specialty ,same day made , a lot of other mexican styles, if you need birotes or baguets this is where to get it Winner tip, put in a microwave 10 seconds and test a hot, soft , like out of the oven conchas :)
