Lovely place to eat for Lunch, stunningly located. From the Cottage head past Nichol End Marina, as if you are going anti-clockwise around the lake but take a right turn marked Swinside and follow this road until you reach on your right hand side the Swinside Inn.

Traditional cosy Lakeland pub serving bar meals, a stop off on a few of our 'walks from the door'. 2.5 miles.

Good pub in Newlands Valley. Great place to start and finish a walk in the valley.
