Chinatown's Grocery store for the price conscious. Cheapest in the city, but you need to do some digging to find the good produce. Gets very busy.

The most frugal place downtown with an interesting walk through Chinatown / DTES. Go East on Keefer. Turn left on Gore to Powell.
