The museum was established in two different buildings. The first house is an old Turkish house with two-storey sofas on the outside. The second building is the Orthodox Church built in the name of Aya Yorgi (Agios Georgios). The restorations of these two buildings were made between 1993-1995 and turned into a museum. In the museum, there are items about the life and Anatolian culture in Kaleiçi in the ancient period.
