The Paramount is locally owned and operated by Renee & Jon Jelinek. Both Wyoming natives. They also own the Majestic Building right next door, The Paramount Ballroom, is their adjoining cocktail lounge, and The Lincoln is an awesome concert venue located just down the alleyway.
