Sao Juliao is an exposed beach break that has quite reliable surf and can work at any time of the year. The beach break provides left and right handers. Best around mid tide. Watch out for the rocks

One of the best beaches between Sintra and Ericeira. It's a spectacular sunset that you can enjoy from the beach or from the beach bar above. It is also a very good place to surf or fishing, there is a good atmosphere. It's diverse because it's full of families, surfers, couples, friends, etc. It's a beach for everyone. You can park upstairs or in the parking lot below. Also, if you feel like it, you can walk to the end, it's a great walk.

This beach provides the perfect atmosphere to relax as well as it wins with its marvelous waves which invite to surf all over the year. If you wish to enjoy a cold beer or a coke there is a beach bar.
