Il "grottino" (NL-00003565) è una piccola casa indipendente di due locali: al piano terra la zona giorno con una piccola cucina e un bagno con box doccia, al primo piano la zona notte con un letto matrimoniale. Può ospitare solo due adulti, è disponibile un posto auto privato a pochi metri. Non c'è la televisione. Zona tranquilla e soleggiata, immersa nel verde con ampio giardino per gli ospiti.
