Enjoy foggy mornings in the hot tub, adventure during the day and spend sunsets by the fire pit or on our large deck. Savage Cabin- Ocean and Estuary Nature Retreat

Our 1962 cabin might be in the best location on the Oregon Coast! At the base of Cascade Head, the cabin is in the Salmon River Estuary with a view of three rocks, the Ocean, and a secret "boat access only" beach. Cascade Head is a UNESCO biosphere reserve, with most of the area protected state, federal and Nature conservancy lands. Enjoy this remote nature-lovers paradise. Fish for salmon or crab out the front door, or canoe or kayak. The cabin is up two flights of stairs, in the canopy.

Ideally situated, with the beach only 40 yards away, a quarter mile stroll to the town center with several great restaurants, and plenty to keep the kids occupied.

Groovy digs on the Bay

Nestled in Nehalem just a mile from Manzanita sits our Bay Home. It's inspired by nature and intended to be a fish bowl looking out into the endless scenery. The house is comfortable and easily accessible from US101 south of Cannon beach and Arch Cape. You will have some difficulties deciding to stay in or head out. A great compromise is to stay in and look out as the tides come and go.

Welcome to River Rest on the beautiful Nestucca River! Our four bedroom, two bathroom home is the perfect retreat for families or couples who want to relax on the river. The backyard is the river, so sit back and enjoy the view. Bring your own watercraft to launch off of our dock, or use the double kayak or canoe that is available. We are quick walk to the beach, too.
