Nestled in the NH mountains on a babbling brook (yes literally!) with a mountain view, our newly renovated 700 sq ft cabin is a perfect place to unwind. Come sit on the deck, under the porch or by the fire pit and enjoy the sound of the brook and the mountain scenery! Dogs are allowed with host approval. $30 pet fee per stay. Located 1.5 miles from downtown New London and in close proximity to The New London Hospital, Colby Sawyer College, Proctor Academy, Lake Sunapee & Mt Sunapee. This area is plentiful in outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, Lakes/Beaches, and several local restaurants.

There are a few large windows allowing nature to be part of your experience indoors. In the cooler months bring firewood for the woodstove and sauna.Plenty of land for outdoor activities.
