The Garden Room is our wee sleepout that overlooks our peaceful garden, which can be appreciated during all seasons of the year. Conveniently located just off the highway, with plenty of quiet street parking. It’s only about a 5min walk to Countdown/Warehouse, a 15min walk from downtown, & about 10 to the botanical gardens & hospital. The kitchen is stocked with a refrigerator, kettle, hot plate, and air fryer/electric oven. You will likely meet our friendly cat, Murphy! X2 bikes if requested

A Country Garden Cottage

This self-contained studio with veranda is set in beautiful gardens in the rural village of Peel Forest, opposite the hall. Private, quiet, tastefully decorated. Living/sleeping are combined in an L shaped room. There is a separate kitchenette (basic food preparation/microwave/small electric frypan) and bathroom. Sleeping options - a queen size bed or 2 single beds. SINGLE BEDS MUST BE REQUESTED WHEN BOOKING. Bush walks nearby. Parking. Continental breakfast. Nearest town is Geraldine, 19kms.

Picturesque one bedroom self contained cottage

Situated on the Inland scenic route [High way 72] and only a short drive to Mount Hutt ski field and the Ashburton Lakes /Lord of the Rings country.For a longer drive Geraldine is only 30 minutes away and the Gateway to the beautiful Southern Lakes . The cottage accomodation is totally private set in a beautiful garden setting in the grounds of the historic school house built in 1876. 20 minutes to Methven and 1 hour to Christchurch international Airport. Not suitable for infants/children.

The Double Tree Cottage is in an idyllic setting with expansive snow-capped mountain and farm views (seasonal). Mt Hutt Skifield, Opuke Hot Pools, Staveley Iceskating rink, DOC walking tracks and Methven Mt Hutt Village are all within a 15min drive. Located on our 32ha farm, watch sheep grazing metres from your door, native Kereru playing in the trees above you, or head out to many surrounding activities. Note: This is a mini studio style cottage so is very small and priced accordingly.

The Pink Gem

Come and breathe in the freshest of air and relax in our little 'Pink Gem' Escape from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy the sound of silence. Nestled in the foothills of Pleasant Point you will find our spectacular farm, with beautiful mountain and countryside views. We are wonderfully close to the top of Mt Dobson, within an hour you will be carving up that sweeeeeet powdered snow. But if skiing isn't your thing carry on a little further and you're in Tekapo!

Oakham Cottage - English style gardens, Geraldine.

Our lovely 2-bedroom cottage is situated on a large section surrounded by beautiful English style gardens. The gardens are well established, have beautiful hedges, flower beds and wildlife. We have a private outdoor area which has a BBQ and outdoor furniture so you can enjoy comfortable outdoor living. The cottage was redecorated in July 2025. The cottage has a heat pump. It's an easy a 1-minute car journey into the centre of Geraldine, or a 15-minute walk.

Bedeshurst bnb - An ideal stop 10km from Fairlie

Bedeshurst bnb is a cosy, private studio unit which is situated on our farm in South Canterbury. We are in the countryside, an 8-10 minute drive from the small town of Fairlie on a gravel/shingle no-exit road. We live in a beautiful, quiet part of the country and the unit has amazing views across our farm and to the mountains beyond. Our farm has great walking and biking tracks, so if this interests you then please just ask.

Burkes Pass Farm Cottage,

Beautiful modern 2 bedroom cottage located in established country garden, 25 mins from Fairlie and Lake Tekapo. Located on a working sheep and beef farm 4 km off State highway 8. ( 4km of metal/shingle road ). Self catering essential as shops and restaurants are in the nearby towns. (25km away). We have free wifi available. Come join us for a few nights, 'unplugged' . A peaceful quiet escape or rest stop while travelling.
