A cosy flat in a great central location. With a 5 minute walk to town or 10 minutes to the beach this darling cottage is close to everything. It has a comfortable queen suite and full kitchen facility, so you and your partner would be comfortable here for a couple of nights, a couple of weeks or longer!Equiped with a small office to make working comfy, and close enough to travel to Tekapo for hot pools, ice skating and skiing without the usual high accommodation costs. Continental breakfast too!

The Garden Room

The Garden Room is our wee sleepout that overlooks our peaceful garden, which can be appreciated during all seasons of the year. Conveniently located just off the highway, with plenty of quiet street parking. It’s only about a 5min walk to Countdown/Warehouse, a 15min walk from downtown, & about 10 to the botanical gardens & hospital. The kitchen is stocked with a refrigerator, kettle, hot plate, and air fryer/electric oven. You will likely meet our friendly cat, Murphy! X2 bikes if requested

Large, private 5 bedroom homestead with pool

This huge architecturally designed house was built in the 80’s and recently renovated with new paint, new floors, curtains, bathrooms and kitchen. This is the perfect escape for the large family or group that wants to be close to town but still enjoy the peaceful tranquility of the South Canterbury countryside. 10 minutes to Timaru CBD and beautiful Caroline Bay, 8 minutes to Pleasant Point, 25 minutes to beautiful Geraldine and just over an hour to the gorgeous tourist destination of Tekapo.

Green Door Studio

Enjoy the fresh and colourful vibe of this fully decorated studio. It has a queen and single bedroom ( with two single beds ) and a bright kitchenette, dining, living space with couch and freeview tv. It is fully self contained and has its own entrance but is attached to the main house where the hosts live. The kitchenette has a microwave and small appliances for basic cooking/reheating but is not suitable for every night cooking as there is no ventilation for strong odours.

Come and enjoy a stay on our beautiful lavender and olive farm, with breathtaking mountain views. The Barn has 1 queen-sized bed, 1 sofa bed and private bathroom. There is a microwave, fridge and bbq, tea, coffee, crockery etc You can picnic in the gardens or say hello to the dogs, cats, sheep, & alpacas! Breakfast cereals, bread, jams, coffee, teas etc are provided . You can also treat yourself from our range of natural lavender products in our on-site shop.

This hidden gem is very conveniently located, close (walking distance) to our town centre with cafes, restaurants and bars overlooking our beautiful Bay. Our coastal walking track runs directly past this house, which invites safe and scenic walks or mountain biking. Aquatic centre and tennis courts are also just a stone throw away. Supermarket and Fast food options just a walk across the park.

Looking for family- friendly or workplace accommodation? We tick all the boxes. With 3 bedrooms, open plan living, big log fire, private off street parking on a flat section. Everything you need for cooking but if you don't feel like it a 1 min drive to a restaurant saves that hassle. There is a trampoline and a big back yard for the kids to burn off some energy. Also a games room with arcade games with toys and board games to keep them amused.

Reconnect with Nature in this unique and stylish place. At Scenic views you can kick back and relax with a book or have a soak in the spa while being surrounded by bird song and bush views of the local scenic reserve (Centennial park). Built in 1905, and converted to 2 apartments in the 1950's, we live in the other apartment. The apartment is located in Central Timaru, being 5 minutes walk from the central business area and the Caroline Bay beach and facilities. Fully self contained, it suits a range of requirements from a single person staying overnight, to a family wanting a longer stay. Caroline Bay is home to a local small 'Little Blue Penguin' colony.
