Tinos, Agios Romanos

The house is located at Agios Romanos' beach. The beach can be accessed on foot. There is a tavern, a small cafe and a beach bar. The sofas and the KIng size bed are built-in. The most outstanding feature of the house is the unique view, which you can enjoy from every room and the balcony. After every accommodation, the house is sanitized with the use of a steam cleaner and detergents that contain chlorine. During your stay and if you wish to, the house is cleaned every 3 days, free of charge.

Μονοκατοικία πλήρως εξοπλισμένη σε παραθαλάσσια περιοχή με ησυχία και ιδιωτικότητα, ανάμεσα σε δύο υπέροχες παραλίες του νησιού μας τον Άγιο Ρωμανό και την Απηγανια!!Φανταστική θέα!!!!Στην παραλία του Αγίου Ρωμανού υπάρχει πρόσβαση με αυτοκίνητο αλλά και από μονοπάτι (5 λεπτά) και διαθέτει οργανωμένο beach bar, ταβέρνα και καφετέρια.Η παραλία της Απηγανιας είναι παρθένα, μη οργανωμένη και έχει πρόσβαση μόνο από μονοπάτι (5-10λεπτα)!!Διατίθεται θέση στάθμευσης εντός της ιδιοκτησίας.

If you wish to enjoy your holidays in a quiet, sunny, family friendly environment, you are at the right place. This is a fully refurbished house, only 150m away from Agios Fokas beach ( just 2 minutes away, on footβ) and 2km away from the centre of the town and the port of Tinos ( only 3-4 minutes distance by means of transport ). The accommodation is on the ground floor and accessible for our guests with mobility difficulties. A special chair is available for their shower.

The house was built in 1887 in Arnados village an amphitheatrically built village that overlooks the islands of Mykonos, Syros, Paros and Naxos. The house is 90 sqm for 4 guests and renovated in 2006 – 2008 with respect to all architectural elements. Consists of two bedrooms ( with traditional built double beds),bath with shower,living room with traditional built in corner sofa,fireplace,Kitchen and Big veranda 70 sqm. with panoramic view cyclades islands.

Mykonos Perla Town House- Pool & Parking, Serviced

Renovated in 2023 and supremely located on a small hilltop, over the town’s sea-front square, the town house offers the luxury of being less than a minute’s walk away from the center of Mykonos, yet enjoying the benefits of privacy, of a shared pool and of private parking. House cleaning is every 3 days and every two days during July & August. The compound is designed by the most celebrated and internationally recognized architect in Greece. Area = 75m2.
