There are amazing walks and an abundance of wildlife on the rivers and estuaries just a short walk from the cottage. The cottage is ideally situated for the beach and just a short walk to the high street for shops , takeaways, cinema, pubs and dining out. Idyllic stone cottage, part of an old farmstead, in a quiet location at the edge of a village. Cottage feel, log burning stove and use of private garden within 4 1/2 acres of grounds. Situated in the countryside close to the coast, with spectacular views of the local mountains. All utilities, fire wood and bedding included. Third bedroom is a quirky mezzanine perfect for teenagers due to lower than usual ceiling height and slightly steep stairs. we have cats and dogs so please drive carefully.

Situated in a peaceful corner of our field, nestled in the hills above the small village of Talybont in Snowdonia. Overlooking cardigan bay and boasting panaramic views from the Snowdon mountain range in the north to witnessing a memorable sunset over the Lleyn peninsula with a drink in your hand whilst relaxing in the easy to use electric jacuzzi hot tub.

Incredible sea views & sunsets from the kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area & lounge. The beach is just a few steps away. You’ll love this spacious & sunny apartment with its open plan living area, kingsized bedroom (with sofa-bed on request), bath and shower ensuite, a bunk room (standard singles) and additional shower room. The apartment is on the second floor and there are five stairs (with hand-rail) down to the main ensuite bedroom.
