Located in a quiet residential area within walking distance of Torquay Harbour, Town Centre and Wellswood, Babbacombe and St Marychurch. We are located at the top of a hill on the outskirts of the town which makes us a quiet location away from the night time noises. The surrounding areas are a leisurely walk downhill (but obviously an incline on return). We are approximately a 15 minute walk from Babbacombe Downs and a 15 - 25 minute walk into Torquay Town centre. Taxis cost approximately £7

Torquay seafront via Torre Abbey gardens is a level 12-15 minute walk. Close at hand is the harbour, theatre, restaurants, Cockington, Babbacombe, Agatha Christie’s house, Dartmouth, Dartmoor and more!

The location provides a useful base from which to explore the many attractions of South Devon.

The sofa converts to a good-sized double bed for second couple/children.
