It has plenty of space for parking a boat trailer with easy access to power outlets. There is a fire pit with wood to burn available.

Super sharp industrial townhouse loft located in a Traverse City neighborhood just south of the downtown hubbub. Very close to the NOBO district with restaurants and shops to the west, and Civic Center park just a couple of blocks away. Full kitchen and living space with smart tv for streaming, a full bathroom on main level, and a comfortable sleeping area with a queen bed in the upstairs loft. This loft is 564 square feet.

Our rental is a five minute drive to Bryant Park Beach and a five minute drive to the Cherry Capital Airport. The building was originally Manistee National Bank. The recently renovated apartment is where the Bank offices were originally located. It sits on the Manistee River Walk. Guests have easy access to the River Walk for a nice stroll down to Lake Michigan.
