The Apartment has a parking space to the rear, which is a highly sought after commodity in the busy season. Situated in a quiet close just minutes away from the award winning Lusty Glaze beach. Our two bedroom house has been decorated and finished to a high standard throughout. It has a light and airy feel inside and has been newly furnished for your comfort. The house sleeps 4 people with the option of using a sofa bed in the second bedroom for a 5th person. Both bedrooms have zip and link 3ft single beds or superking. There is a fully enclosed garden and one allocated parking space directly outside.

The Nook Cosy flat to sea, town and amenities

The Nook is situated on one of the main roads into Newquay. It is to the side of our home, has its own entrance with key safe and is completely self contained which makes it ideal for social distancing. There is private off road parking just outside in front of the flat. It's approx a 20 minute level walk into Newquay town or alternatively there is a bus stop at the bottom of our drive. The closest beach, Porth Beach, is a 5 minute walk away with all the other Newquay Beaches nearby.

Bijou bolt hole with a sunny south aspect, in family garden, which is ideal for the lone traveller, as it only suitable for one person. Work space ready, if guest is travelling for work reasons. WiFi accessible. No TV. Separate, side gate access. Parking on driveway or on road immediately outside side gate. Close to Porth Beach and Chester Road shopping precinct. There is no carbon monoxide alarm, as no gas connection. There are however, the necessary fire alarms and extinguishers.
