Take a breath of the Roman atmosphere from the window of the apartment that faces on the main streets of Rome. Located only few steps far from the Trevi Fountain just 30mt and other main attractions, you will find yourself full immerse in the magic of the Eternal city. Good restorations points, well-known terraces where to take a typical Italian aperitif with breathtaking views in the area might be the right choice to relax. At the check in you will be required to pay the Rome City Tax 3,50euro x person x night + €60 cleaning fee. This apartment is very spacious and comfortable, ideal for families or groups of friends. It is located on the fourth floor, with elevator, has an area of 100 square meters and consists of a large living room with 3 big windows and a wonderful view, a kitchen with dishwasher included,a sofa bed, an eating table for 6 people, 2 large bedrooms and 1 big and new bathroom with shower . All rooms are illuminated by large windows. The furnitures are luxurious and the house is unique and just renovated and very quiet. Air conditioning, heating, free wifi internet access, TV Lcd are included. We have completed the renovation of the apartment in December 2016. Spanish steps and Barberini Metro/Underground are 150/200 mt walking. Just outside the door, you will find every kind of shops,atm, restaurants....but are so touristic so don't worry..I will suggest you carateristic roman places where roman people go. You have the bus station just in front of the exit door. If you accross the street, 50 mt you arrive to the TREVI FOUNTAIN . From the entrance door, if you go on the right you have the VIA DEL CORSO street ( famous for the shopping), 300 mt you are to the PANTHEON. The apartment is located in a historic building along Via del Tritone in the Quirinale district. It's within walking distance of many famous attractions, including the Trevi Fountain 30mt far, Spanish Steps 200mt, Pantheon 100mt, Quirinal Palace 50mt, and Navona Square 500mt, as well as many cafes, restaurants, and boutiques. The public and touristic bus station is just in front of the exit door. The subway station, Barberini or Spanish steps is just 200 mt . Via del corso (the main shopping street is 50 mt from the exit door. Just outside the entrance to the building you will conveniently find a myriad of tasty restaurants, shops, café's, bars, banks and a supermarket, not to mention the many wonderful sights of Rome within a short stroll. Be assured that this apartment is incredible value in an incredible Roman neighborhood. With a no-noise policy after after 22:00, this apartment will surely allow you to unwind, please kindly note that smoking is prohibited in the apartment. Roma city tax 3,50 euro for each person for each night is to be paid during check in cash . Children less 10 years do not pay this tax. Cleaning fee 50 euro has to be paid during check in cash.
