Locally -Soda Springs Resort, Donner Ski Ranch, Royal Gorge, Sugar Bowl and Boreal. Squaw Valley and Alpine and Northstar are half an hour away

A short drive to TD's HOA amenities (pools, hot tubs, golf, tennis, 60+ miles of hiking/mountain biking trails, XC ski trails and more!*), Donner Lake, Downtown Truckee, and several options for hitting downhill slopes (Sugar Bowl, Palisades, Northstar, Tahoe Donner - take your pick!). * There are guest fees for private amenities; check TD website or call to see fees and closures. Guest passes provide access to private amenities, however, some Tahoe Donner amenities charge a separate daily fee set by the HOA (for example, the Rec Center is about $30 per person/day).
