Mooifontein Farm Cottage

Our Cottage is a beautiful rustic cottage on the very popular Midlands Meander Route. It is on a farm with lots of lovely open spaces and beautiful surrounding views. The cottage has a lovely warm outside shower and also a panoramic view . It is very comfortable and perfect for children and also is pet friendly for those who don't like to leave there pets at home. Our Cottage has a 1 km dirt road off the main R103,at times it can be quiet tough with a small car. Please check if you are worried

Beautiful Breeze Cottage sits among the stunning hills of the Dargle Valley. It overlooks 3 tranquil dams, rolling pastures and an indigenous forest. There are cattle and horses in the fields, abundant bird life to enjoy and peacefulness to breath in. It's the perfect place to recharge while escaping the pressures of city life and with the Midlands Meander on our doorstep you can be as busy or as quiet as you choose. The farm is now fully off Eskom power so load shedding is a distant memory.

The cottage is beautifully and thoughtfully presented for you. Our guests love the comfortable king bed, the great shower, the decor and the covered verandah where you can enjoy good company, sweeping lawns and the sunrise. The enclosed patio offers comfortable seating with glass doors to the garden. The uninterrupted, open views set this house apart from most Village houses. Full DSTV and WIFI Coffee Shops are a few minutes walk away. Bourne View is ideal for a relaxing stay, remote work or a calm base to explore The Midlands.

Our house is close to the Central Drakensberg and 5km outside of Winterton. You’ll love panoramic view of the Drakensberg. A fireplace and an entertainment area with a pool and table tennis table. Patio with braai facilities. A pool and deck. There is walk to the dam or river on the property. 3 garages. Our house is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.

The fisherman's cottage is situated right on the water's edge and has a panoramic view of the dam and indigenous forest. Relax and enjoy the abundant bird life or tumble out of bed to cast a line for bass. The cottage is centrally located on the Midlands Meander in the Balgowan area, and is close to popular restaurants and wedding venues.

Garden cottage with a picturesque location. Ideal for an overnight stay, for a wedding, visiting the local schools or attending a conference in the beautiful Midlands. Please note we don’t have a kitchen or living area, but there is a fridge and a few kitchen amenities to make your stay comfortable.
