750 sq ft, 1 Bed/1 Bath guest house on a calm, private road in Plant City. Very quick and convenient access to I-4 if you need to head toward Tampa or Orlando. Rental is a rear guest house behind the primary residence. Host is on site if you have any needs during your stay. Home features a stocked kitchen, full size refrigerator and dishwasher. Livingroom and bedroom TV are streaming only. Hulu, Disney+, and Netflix provided. Bedroom features a King bed on an adjustable platform base.

This second story studio is on our homes property. It has a Queen bed, bathroom and kitchen. It is nestled in the historic area of Lakeland, one block in from The "Frank Lloyd Wright" designed Florida Southern college, tours are available! Our Cobblestone streets take you to our neighborhood restaurants, the art museum, library, Hollis garden, we are between two lakes-Hollingsworth it has a great walking/running path, and Lake Morton a bird paradise. All within walking distance.

A private studio attached to a home. Has its own private entrance. And will feel like you're in hotel room. Located in the heart of Tampa! 15-20 minutes to downtown or the airport, and about 30-45 minutes to Clearwater beach. Also within a 5 mile radius of USF, Busch Gardens, and the Moffit Center. You have 1 free parking space to go along with it in the driveway. Extra fee for Early check in and beach equipment if needed.

The Strawberry Field Stilt House

555 square foot house overlooking 30 acres of strawberry fields and trees. Extra guest fee is $20 per person per night after 2. Dogs are allowed with pre-approval. NO cats allowed. There is a $100 pet cleaning fee. Yes you will have the house to yourself. I stay in another house on the same property so I’ll generally be around if you have any questions or issues.
