Hicks Farm accommodation offers a unit that has a bedroom and living room with your own bathroom 15m away along the outside deck. You are sharing the property with our family, the pet sheep and the local kiwi. We are a 20min walk from the centre of Oban, with hills. Please consider this before booking, if you don't like walking, in town might be more suitable. Transfers are available with Aurora cabs, please contact them direct. If walking, backpacks are best and don't forget your rain jacket.

Welcome to my private, rustic guest suite which includes a full kitchen with oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and washer dryer combo. It has a combined bedroom /sitting room with electric blankets on a comfy queen size bed and a 50 inch smart TV. French doors lead outside to your own secluded garden area. The studio is connected but not accessible to the main house and has its own private entrance and garden area so you wont see me during your stay unless you message for any assistance..

Very quiet location with a welcome to overseas and New Zealand visitors. Families welcome but parents are asked to remember that although the road has little traffic, the property is not fenced. We have the greatest sea views, plenty of land and pelagic birds to spot with many simple and more challenging walks available, very like New Zealand used to be. The car is at your own risk, drivers must have a full license, $50 a day which includes your petrol, no need to refuel before you leave.
