This downtown condo is located on Market St. and is in the perfect location to enjoy Knoxville. Only 2.5 blocks to Market Square, 1 block to Gay St. and a 10 minute walk to UT, riverfront or the Old City. Walk to bus stations & trolley stops. Pets are always welcome. It’s my primary home & I only rent when I (and a furry golden retriever) are out of town. You can expect it to be comfy and lived in. The furry mutt could win a shedding contest. The most common feedback is folks love the location!

Location is convenient and close to the heart of the attractions and Tanger Outlets right on the same road as the Apple Barn. Enjoy the seasonal pool and river access as well as the gas fireplace. The unit offers a full kitchen, washer and dryer, two bedrooms and two full baths with garden tub in the main bathroom.
