From Johaneskirschen, you can reach the City center in 15 minutes and Oktoberfest in 20 minutes. Allianz Arena is an 11-minute, and Messe is a 15-minute drive. Our two-story duplex apartment is located in a quiet, safe, and conveniently accessible area with views of trees and forests.

Willkommen im ♡ Bayerns, im kleinen Dorf Berbling. Die Erdgeschosswohnung ist Teil eines ehemaligen Bauernhofes und bietet Platz für 4-5 Personen. Für Natur- und Kulturliebhaber hat Berbling die perfekte Lage. Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Schlafzimmern, einem kleinen Bad mit Badewanne und WC, einem großen Wohnbereich mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, Essbereich und Sitzmöglichkeiten vor einem gemütlichen Kaminofen. Auch Haustiere sind willkommen, solange die Tiere anständig bleiben :-)

Above the village of Aßling with supermarkets, restaurants, gas station, bakery. To the train station it's a 5 min walk, from there you can take the train to Munich in about 21 min and to Rosenheim in 15 min, further to Salzburg.... (i.e. you can also arrive without a car. If we can arrange it, we will be happy to pick you and your suitcases up from the station).

Direkt vom Anwesen gehts auf die zahlreichen Wanderwege des Schellenberges. Simbach am Inn / Braunau mit allen Geschäften sind 8 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Rottaler Bäderdreieck ist in unmittelbarer Umgebung, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg und München unter einer Stunde erreichbar.
