Gammal charmig gårdsstuga i lugnt område där tomten angränsar till kommunala badstranden vid Vängsjön i Gottröra. Förutom bad och fiskemöjligheter finner du golf och padel endast ca 7 km bort. Huset består av ett sovrum med havsutsikt åt två håll, sov med fönstret öppet och hör vågorna. Sällskapsrum med fullt utrustat kök, soffa och fåtöljer. Uteplats åt två håll med både morgon och kvällssol. Det finns en liten stenstrand i direkt anslutning till huset, 20 meter från huset finns också en vedeldad bastu att låna. Badbrygga finns 100 meter från huset.

Huset har dusch, toalett, enkelt pentry, braskamin och vedeldad bastu, En oas som för dig som uppskattar livskvalitet och inte vill bo i centrum. Sovloftet har två madrasser direkt på golvet och nås via en stege. Taket är lågt, så här gäller det att omfamna sin inre katt och krypa smidigt in mot madrasserna 😊 Mysigt, charmigt och inget för den som vill stå raklång i sängen😉 Lakan, handdukar ingår.

Charmig stuga/ Cottage with lake view

Vår charmiga gäststuga ligger i ett naturskönt område med skogar och sjöar direkt inpå knuten. Fina vandringsmöjligheter direkt utanför dörren. Stugan är ca 22 m2 och har ett helkaklat badrum med dusch, ett enkelt pentry med kylskåp, frysfack, mikrovågsugn, plattor och vattenkokare och köksbord. Det finns två sängar samt en bäddsoffa med soffbord. Goda kommunikationer med buss eller bil till Uppsala (20 min) och Arlanda (35 min). Endast 75 km till Stockholm.

Denna stuga erbjuder ett rofyllt och naturnära boende vid en källsjö med friskt vatten, som lämpar sig väl för tvätt och hygien. Stugan är av enklare standard och saknar starkström och varmdusch. Elförsörjningen sker via ett 12-voltsystem, vilket räcker för enklare belysning. Kapaciteten är dock begränsad. Det finns möjlighet att ladda mobiltelefoner via uttag, samt tillgång till TV med DVD.

Högåsstugan

Högåsstugan is a 25 m2 guest house located on our quiet lot in central Knivsta. The house was newly built in 2020 and includes all of the modern amenities. It is a short walk (12 minutes) to the train station which takes you to Stockholm (30 minutes) or Uppsala (10 mins). There is a very nice ICA grocery store (8 min walk) and a small nature preserve (5 min walk) close by.
