Zur Entspannung ist eine Infrarot-Dampfkabine und ein Hottub zur kostenfreien Nutzung vorhanden. Das Haus ist klimafreundlich mit PV-Anlage, Batteriespeicher und Luftwärmepumpe.

Im Ort selbst gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants sowie Cafés. Innsbruck, München und Augsburg sind in ca. einer Stunde erreichbar. Kleines charmantes Bauern-Häuschen im Grünen - 1904 erbaut, eingebettet in einen liebevoll angelegten Garten mit altem Baumbestand und Obststräuchern. Neu gemacht & alt bewährt! Schon unsere Großtante Matilde hat ihr Häuschen in den Sommermonaten für Ferien-Gäste geöffnet. Wir machen es ihr nach und haben einen kleinen gemütlichen Platz geschaffen an dem man wunderbar die Seele baumeln lassen kann. Sowohl Aktiv-Urlauber als auch Faulenzer sind bei uns gut aufgehoben.

The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!
