Welcome to the FLX! Our home is located in the rural center of the eastern branch of the Seneca Lake wine & food trail and only 7 mi from the Cayuga Lake trail. Seneca Lake is on the other side of the village of Willard (~1mi drive), Watkins Glen, Geneva, and Seneca Falls are all within a 25-min drive, and Ithaca is ~35-mins away. Wineries, breweries, cideries, distilleries, phenomenal eateries and food trucks, cheese houses, ice cream shops (and lakes!) are just around the corner. Enjoy!

The 2nd bedroom has queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom has a queen. Both 2 and 3rd bedrooms share a full bathroom. The home has been recently painted and carpeted. Nice front porch to relax on as well as a side deck. Setting on one acre, half of which is wooded. The home has Air Conditioning.
