The studio ( one room space of 35 square meters) is located before of MIRTIOTISSA beach wich is 15 minutes walk! Close by you'll find Spiros 97 taverna , Elia restaurant and Forest all day .Glyfada beach and Ermones beach also reachable with in 15-20 minutes walk , special for nature lovers !
