Our guest house is a private detached studio apartment. Close to many local activities, including Kingdom Trails mountain biking, V.A.S.T. snowmobiling, Burke Mountain Resort and beautiful Lake Willoughby. The full kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, range with oven, toaster, coffee pot, silverware, glassware, and cookware. The bathroom has an upright shower, and full linens and towels are provided. We invite you to come stay with us and spend time seeing what Northern Vermont has to offer.

This newly built modern rustic mother-in-law private cottage offers a convenient place to stay while exploring the Burlington/Winooski area. The cottage is nestled in my backyard on a quiet street in vibrant Winooski. The home is a 10 minute drive to downtown Burlington & the airport, and a short walk to the river, several cafes, restaurants, pubs, nature areas, and a brewery. Winooski is referred to as “the Brooklyn of Burlington” because of the foodie scene and rich cultural diversity.

Once a barn, carefully reconstructed on the owners’ property, and modernized to today’s standards, this post and beam cabin is warm and cosy in winter and cool in summer. Come enjoy a quiet get-a-way in beautiful Peacham, Vermont. Willow Brook Cabin is a newly restored log cabin on the edge of the woods. Large deck, outdoor shower and easy access to field walks and back country roads. Many lakes for kayaking. Great biking in the area. There is no full kitchen, simply a fridge,microwave and coffee/tea maker. Water is very pure and drinkable.
