In the apartment you will find: - 1 big living room with a comfortable sofa, armchair, big working/dining table and a TV, overlooking the rooftops of Ghent - 1 fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, water boiler, dishwasher, fridge, French press and coffee grinder - 1 bedroom for 2 people (king size bed) overlooking the main street - 1 smaller bedroom with a box spring bed for 2 people and a desk - 1 bathroom with a bathtub and a standing shower - separate toilet - utility room with a washing machine, drying machine, ironing board, iron and a drying rack The apartment is equipped with a high-speed Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with a shampoo, conditioner, make up remover, body lotion and various other hygienic products. Please take note, that the apartment is not suited for young children (say under the age of 5) since we are not equipped for this and also the furniture is not adjusted (glass coffee table for example). The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with no elevator. The apartment is very close to both public buses and trams. You will find the nearest tram station, Vogelmarkt (tram line 2), just around the corner, and the nearest bus station, Gent Zuid (most bus lines), a couple of streets away. In 2018 kochten we ons droomhuis. Tijdens de volledige renovatie hebben we besloten om de aanbouw in te richten als gastenverblijf. We zijn trots op het resultaat en willen het graag met jullie delen! Het appartement is luxe en knus ingericht met zoveel mogelijk originele materialen uit het oude huis. In 2019 we started the renovation, with as only purpose, to keep the soul and respect the history and grandeur of the original house. Its exceptional history, unique architecture and central position made it worth doing so. Tears, joy and a lot of work resulted in the place where you are right now. With a private driveway in front of your door, you will always be assured of a parking space. Two bicycles are available for your convenience at no extra cost. There’s also the option to store your own bicycle in a locked bicycle shed (with a charging facility for e-bikes). After a day on the beach you may enjoy the last sun rays in a fenced-in front yard.

Alles wat je je maar wensen kunt heb je met dit onlangs volledig gerenoveerde souterrain bij de hand en om de hoek: een fijne, rustige plek, volop uitgaansmogelijkheden, winkels, een supermarkt, een stadspark, een fietsverhuur en dat allemaal op loopafstand.

Onze vakantiewoning 't Uusje van Puut is gelegen net buiten Koudekerke aan de rand van ’t Moesbosch, een klein natuurgebied. Vanuit de tuin heeft u uitzicht op de duinen van Dishoek. Het is genieten van rust, ruimte en natuur. Met een beetje geluk kunt u ’s avonds zelfs een ree spotten. Ook in de herfst en winter is het heerlijk vertoeven in ons huisje. Na lekker uitgewaaid te zijn op het strand, kom je thuis en kun je genieten bij een gezellig haardvuurtje.

Welcome to our favourite place! A lovely house at Kortgene harbour in the always sunny province of Zeeland. You can relax and unwind here. The house is available for six people and is fully equipped. Beach, shops, eateries, supermarket, everything is within walking distance. There is also an electric charging station for your electric car. Please note, you can only connect this with your own charging card.
