On the opposite side of the river is a city bitch Strand (please note that during the beach season, on weekends, music from the beach can be heard). It is 10 minutes from the center of Belgrade and 2 minutes away from the Danube river and a beautiful quay where you can take a walk and relax. This part of the town is full of restaurants and cafes, but it is really quiet and relaxing.
