The apartment is located on the ground floor, surrounded by communal gardens and consists of: living / dining room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with shower. The apartment was renovated recently, the floors are tiled, the roofs made of chestnut beams. Air conditioning, heating and flat screen TV are available. It is decorated with furniture style '700. In the communal garden which is partly a terrace with cypress and olive trees and partly meadow it is located a swimming pool (seasonal) with stunning views over the countryside and San Gimignano's towers.
