With Rangiora and Christchurch a mere 10-25 mins drive there is plenty to do and see before relaxing in a tranquil country setting. Well behaved pets are welcome. This fully equipped moden 2 bedroom home with TVs in each room . The house is only 4 years old . Set on 1.5a of land in a very quite street. Walking distance to Waikuku beach and the Ashley river . 5 mins to pegasus golf club, gas station , supermarket and coffee shops .Located just off SH1 and 30 mins to town center . Lots of parking . I am a car guy and love showing people my cars and business. I supply a full continental breakfast. With Molenberg toast bread. Milk and coffee etc .

The Shed

Escape to the country, and unwind in our newly renovated shed. Set in a peaceful rural area, only 10 minutes from Rangiora. The Shed has a lovely private deck overlooking the paddock and extensive views of the mountains, and breathtaking sunsets. Stargazing on a clear night is a must too. The Shed is bright, comfortable, Ideal for couples or solo travelers looking for a peaceful escape with a touch of luxury. Please note there is no Wifi available, but we do have a Chromecast plug in.

Has microwave small fridge, off street free parking, HEATPUMP stay warm on a cold day stay cool on hot days. 30 minutes drive from airport. 30 minutes drive to central Christchurch. Matawai nature park 2 minute walk.

The property is bordered by a serene running stream to explore. It has country charm with all the modern conveniences you could ask for. Cosy up on a cold night with the brand new log burner lit or enjoy lazy summer nights on the sheltered deck enjoying a home cooked BBQ and a cheeky wine.

Te Ara Cottage Tranquil Retreat

Beautiful charming cottage with fantastic view. The cottage has a queen bed, a sitting room, shower, bath and toilet with own deck. Not self-contained but has a gas cooker, bbq set, microwave, mini fridge, kettle and toaster. Tea/Plunger coffee are provided. There is a walking track below the cottage and also more walks around here. We are located in Diamond Harbour, 20min walk to jetty that you can catch a ferry to Lyttelton, only 10min ride, beautiful journey.

What ever you feel like doing this peaceful haven will recharge your batteries in no time.
