There is a large patio and lawned garden, with outdoor furniture for perfect relaxation. All rooms are freshly painted and are bright and airy. The driveway will fit two cars and there are good amenities nearby.

Located on a family run farm, on the Norfolk and Cambridgeshire border; the outskirts of the small historic, Fenland town of Wisbech. Whilst staying with us, guests will be within 500 metres away from fishing lakes, price of fishing is not included but day/night tickets are available. Take a walk around our working farm, viewing our farm animals which include cows,sheep, pigs and chickens! There is also access to a washing machine and dryer if needed by guests.

We are situated in a village location just off the A47 between the historic towns of Kings Lynn and Wisbech and is just a short drive from Sandringham and the beautiful North Norfolk coast.
